影响生物除臭效果的因素

1)当污染物气体的进气浓度或气体流量发生改变时会引起微生物菌群负荷的变化。污染物气体的进气浓度和气体流量直接影响到除臭效果。污染物气体的进气浓度或气体流量过大时,污染物气体与微生物之间没有足够的时间接触,未等污染物气体被微生物充分捕获降解便被排走。尤其在系统刚开始运行的时候,微生物菌种的数量还相对较少,还没有通过消化污染物气体营养源来大量的繁殖生长,处理废水的能力较低,这时一定要控制好进气口的气体流量。这个尺度不容易把握,要通过实验和计算得到不同浓度下各段时间需要控制的臭味气体的流速,然后编制PLC程序,并检验和调整各项参数,直到符合实际情况为止。

2)湿度对于生物除臭的效果也有重大影响,环境过于干燥会使微生物体内的蛋白质变性,停止吸收和消化污染物气体的代谢活动。微生物的生长和代谢离开水是不行的,水作为溶剂在细胞中起着运输介质的作用,微生物必须以水为介质才能完成营养物质的吸收和代谢产物的分泌。水分还能将微生物吸收代谢过程中产生的多余热量蒸发掉,保证微生物体内温度不会上升,喷淋系统的作用正在于此。要保持微生物生长的适宜的湿度条件,就要严格地控制好喷淋次数、喷淋时间和喷淋量,才能够保证微生物的降解活性。经验表明,相对湿度>80%,微生物才能保持活性。
