近几年来,生物除臭技术因其工艺相对成熟、建设成本低、操作和维护简单、无二次污染等特点,逐步在实际应用中得到推广,成为城市污水厂臭气处理的主流工艺。生物除臭设备的种类有哪些呢?下一步,我将详细介绍。

怎么选择生物除臭处理装置

清洗装置

通常,生物清洁器是由带有填料的吸收塔和带有活性污泥的再生反应池组成,生物悬浮物通过喷淋柱从吸收塔顶部向下喷淋,废气中的污染物在被填料表面的水吸收之后进入液相,然后通过水进入再生反应器,最后通过微生物的氧化作用被清除。采用生物清洗法可处理大气量废气,减少了压力,且填料不易堵塞,操作处理机易于控制,以生物量累积方式可保证有效的污染物降解;但设备繁多,成本较高,需增加磷、钾等营养素,不宜处理低浓度的臭氧污染物。另外,该设备的处理能力依赖于气体的溶解,只能有效地处理高溶性污染物。该装置目前在污水厂中实际应用较少。

生物学过滤器

对其进行脱臭处理是研究最早、工艺最成熟、应用最广泛的方法。由于生物相和液相都不流动,只有一个反应器,气、液接触面积大,因此运行成本低,不需要外加任何养分,处理效率高,适用于处理流速大,含硫含量低的废气。生物滤池在市政污水处理厂臭气治理中已得到广泛应用。但生物滤池占用空间较大,对高浓度臭气、复杂混合物气体处理效果不佳。
