Zhejiang Normal University Laboratory Waste Gas Treatment Project in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province

Zhejiang Normal University, located in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, is a comprehensive provincial key university with teacher education as its characteristic. It is one of the first batch of key construction universities in Zhejiang Province, selected for the national "111 Plan", "Excellent Teacher Training Plan", "New Engineering Research and Practice Project", the Ministry of Education's "Education Aid Foreign Base", the Ministry of Commerce's "China Basic Education Aid Foreign Training Base", the China ASEAN Education Training Center, the Chinese government scholarship recipient universities for international students studying in China, the top ten foreign cooperation units in Zhejiang Province, and the "Zhejiang Province International Characteristic University" construction unit. Laboratory Waste Gas Treatment Project of CSIC 715 Research Institute in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province

The 715th Research Institute was established in 1958 and is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It mainly engages in the research, development, and production of underwater acoustic electronic equipment and marine instruments. It is currently a key backbone research institute for the development and production of sonar equipment in the largest and strongest regions of China, and a government level public institution. The entire institute covers an area of more than 450 acres and is equipped with important technical institutions such as the National Defense Hydroacoustic Measurement Level I Station and the Sonar Technology National Defense Science and Technology Key Laboratory. It has a number of first-class domestic acoustic research facilities, including the Biggest indoor medium and low frequency noise reduction test pool and the lake based acoustic testing ship. It is the domestic centralized unit of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Hydroacoustic Ultrasonic Standard Technical Committee, the station director unit of China's Hydroacoustic Technology Information Website, and the chairman unit of the Zhejiang Acoustic Society.

The project is located at the junction of Huilong Town and Huiping Town in Qidong City. It belongs to the artificial ecological wetland purification project for the tail water of the Second Urban Sewage Treatment Plant in Qidong City. The total investment is 63.5263 million yuan (including environmental protection investment of 11.9185 million yuan), and the engineering land area is about 20 hectares (the core purification treatment area of the wetland is about 80000 square meters). The recent design inflow scale is 40000 cubic meters/day, and the long-term inflow scale is 80000 cubic meters/day. The main project includes tail water discharge pipes, ecological ponds, surface flow wetlands, subsurface wetlands, submerged plant ponds, etc., with supporting construction of public and auxiliary projects and ecological environmental protection projects. The environmental impact assessment documents for the Qidong City Second Sewage Treatment Plant project have been approved (Qixing Shenhuan [2023] No. 45) and construction has been implemented. The project has been approved for approval (project code: 2204-320681-89-01-753687).
