In recent years, in order to actively respond to the national "dual carbon" goals and achieve green development of the park, a sewage treatment plant in a chemical park in Jilin has increased its efforts in environmental protection and continued to exert efforts in controlling odor sources. Therefore, Yiqing Environmental Protection has been entrusted to establish a deodorization system, and Yiqing Environmental Protection has been commissioned to provide supporting exhaust gas treatment devices for the sewage plant it undertakes to eliminate odor and pollution during the sewage treatment process.

The project is located at the junction of Huilong Town and Huiping Town in Qidong City. It belongs to the artificial ecological wetland purification project for the tail water of the Second Urban Sewage Treatment Plant in Qidong City. The total investment is 63.5263 million yuan (including environmental protection investment of 11.9185 million yuan), and the engineering land area is about 20 hectares (the core purification treatment area of the wetland is about 80000 square meters). The recent design inflow scale is 40000 cubic meters/day, and the long-term inflow scale is 80000 cubic meters/day. The main project includes tail water discharge pipes, ecological ponds, surface flow wetlands, subsurface wetlands, submerged plant ponds, etc., with supporting construction of public and auxiliary projects and ecological environmental protection projects. The environmental impact assessment documents for the Qidong City Second Sewage Treatment Plant project have been approved (Qixing Shenhuan [2023] No. 45) and construction has been implemented. The project has been approved for approval (project code: 2204-320681-89-01-753687).

Project Background: The upgrading and renovation project of the sewage treatment plant in Jingu North District, Shaxian City was approved for construction by the Development and Reform Bureau of Shaxian District, Sanming City, with the approval of Fa Fa Gai [2022] Ji Zi 43. The construction unit is Jingu Economic Development Co., Ltd. in Shaxian District, Sanming City, and the construction funds are raised from multiple channels. 2.
