项目背景

 

近年来,我国生物医药产业快速发展。目前我国已成为仅次于美国的全球第二大医药市场,是全球药品消费增速最快的地区之一。随着行业的快速发展,医药行业的环保问题逐渐凸显。基于行业特点,医药企业产生的工业三废无法达到零排放,环保问题已成为广大制药企业共同面临的严峻挑战。

作为 A 股医药企业龙头的恒瑞医药,日前发布了2022年环境、社会及管治报告(简称ESG报告)。报告显示2022年恒瑞医药对废气排放、污水排放等进行严格管理,确保各类污染物经有效治理后达标排放。报告期内公司未发生环境污染事件、无环境行政处罚、全年运行中也未发生外部环境污染事件。

项目介绍

 

废气成分:氨、硫化氢、非甲烷总烃以及医药相关难处理特征污染物。

治理风量:15000m³/h
治理标准:项目自建污水处理站产生的氨、硫化氢以及非甲烷总烃有组织排放浓度执行《制药工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB 37823-2019)大气污染物特别排放限值;氨、硫化氢排放速率、无组织排放浓度和臭气浓度执行《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-93)。
