行业背景

 

受益于政策支持,我国新能源汽车产业自2015年以来便呈现出高速发展的态势,锂电池产业也随之得到了长足发展。然而,由于锂电池寿命约为4-8 年,随着前期新能源汽车进入报废期,可以预见未来几年锂电池退役高峰期即将到来,锂电池回收产业发展潜力巨大,市场呈现显著的爆发式增长趋势。
我国大部分锂资源分布在青海与西藏的盐湖,自然环境恶劣叠加基础设施落后,阻碍锂资源的大规模生产,而锂电池 80% 的锂电材料都可以回收,可有效弥补上游资源供给,降低整体成本。
同时,报废的电池中含有大量的有价金属,随意丢弃及处理,不仅造成资源的极大浪费,还会严重污染环境,因此构建可持续发展的电池回收体系意义重大。

中试项目合作

 

锂离子电池回收过程中正极电池粉要在硫酸溶液中经历一次浸润和二次浸润,过程中除了产生二氧化硫等易被洗涤的尾气外,还会产生多种不溶于水的含硫有机物尾气。

例如,甲硫醇、乙硫醇、二甲二硫等,这些含硫有机物嗅阈值极低,臭气无量纲贡献极大。为解决这些复杂废气的治理问题,实现达标排放,邦普循环选择与羿清环保合作研发中试项目。
