废水处理过程中产生臭味的物质主要包括碳、氮、硫元素。大部分气味物质为有机物,只有少量为无机化合物。经分析,各组份中氨的浓度最高,其次是H2S;浓度甲硫醇浓度最高,其次是H2S,其次为H2S。H2S是一种无色、带有腐蛋臭味、有刺激性、有窒息性、腐蚀性气体,对金属材料、设备、管道有一定腐蚀性,达到一定浓度时,对人体造成很大危害。

 

异味的处理方法有:直接焚烧、催化剂氧化、碱洗、臭气氧化、化学吸收、活性炭物理吸附、生物脱臭、土壤脱臭等。对大流量、低浓度挥发性有机废气及臭气,采用物化方法处理会出现投资大、操作复杂、成本高等问题。

 

结果表明,生物方法对臭味的去除效果优于物理方法和化学方法。生化除臭技术是一种将臭气物质在水中溶解并经生物吸收后分解成无臭物质的处理方法。该设备具有无需药物,无需更换材料,处理效率高,无二次污染,设备简单,操作管理方便,投资小,运行费用低等特点。

 

生物除臭方法主要有生物滤池法、生物清洁法和生物加压法。生物过滤方法是将收集到的臭气在合适的条件下通过固体填充微生物,首先将气味物质吸附在填料上,再由微生物氧化分解,完成臭气的脱臭过程。

 

经现场验证,除臭设备厂家发现生物除臭的方式相比于其他方式而言,具有实用经济、效果好等特点。所以一般采用生物方法为主,同时加上碱吸收与物理方法相结合的方法治理,能有效去除异味。此法无需药物,无需更换材料,担体填料依靠生物活性,易于管理,具有投资少、运行费用低等特点,非常适合实际生产处理,具有广阔的应用前景。
