臭气是污染环境、危害人类健康的主要公害之一。臭气的主要成分是烃类、苯系物、硫化氢等,臭气散发到空气中一定会对周围的生态环境产生影响。恶臭气体问题成为了废气处理中的一个重要矛盾点

在污水处理厂中,由于许多污水处理设施都是开放式水池,污染源主要来自预处理阶段的栅格井、沉砂池及污泥处理阶段的污泥浓缩池中的臭气,它们属于无组织的面源排放。城镇污水处理厂臭气污染物主要为硫化氢、氨气,石化类污染物主要为含碳有机物。石油化工废水恶臭污染物中芳烃类物质含量显著高于石油化工废水。

 

石油化工行业的炼油污水恶臭污染物的监测与分析结果表明,恶臭物质主要是硫化氢、烃、苯系物等。据通过调查和分析,主要臭气污染源来自于污水进入段(如调节池、栅栏等)、处理部分(如曝气池等)、污泥处理(污泥脱水等)部分。

 

对以含碳有机污染物为主的恶臭气体,一般采用燃烧脱臭、化学氧化法、洗涤法、吸除臭、生物除臭、生物除臭等技术生物除臭是低浓度恶臭废气处理中最经济的处理方法。具体如何处理这些臭气呢?

 

首先是收集废气,固定式弧形集气罩用螺栓直接固定在池壁上,用收集废气。根据收集要求及集气方式选择。在集气浓度过低、恶臭扩散速度小于或达不到集气罩内适当的流态时,会引起臭气外泄;当集气量过大时,会增加投资和运行费用。

 

然后是生物除臭,羿清生物滤池设备采用钢筋混凝土结构,内壁涂环氧树脂防腐,布气采用格板均匀分布,防止局部发生短路等,布水采用喷淋形式,所用的喷淋水为厂区回用水,并循环使用。该填充物由栅格支撑。

 

石油化工废水恶臭污染物中芳烃类含量显著高于石油化工废水,对此类场所恶臭污染更为严重,采取经济、合理、有效的废气处理措施尤为重要。
