当前除臭设备厂家的除臭方法和工艺主要有以下这些

 

吸附剂吸附法属于物理方法,它的最大特点是比表面大,对活性炭的需求也很大。除臭工艺需要大量的活性碳消耗,例如,对于大型污水处理厂采用这种物理除臭法,仅以活性炭的存储其实是一件费力的事。

 

热力学又称燃烧法,具有经济方便、操作简单等优点,但由于燃烧车间作为实施场所,经常会产生新的污染源,故该法适用于处理单一气体,对污水处理厂中混合气体的处理效果不明显。

 

与热力学方法相比,化学吸收法成本更高,同样不适合处理混合气体,例如一家小型混合气体处理厂,如果采用这种方法,就能带来好处。且其工艺还未成熟,对臭味的处理还有待开发和优化。

 

高能量离子净化系统可以吸收大气中的硫化物和微粒等对人体有害的物质,该产品可有效去除空气中的悬浮细菌,在国外公共场合、医院、办公室等公共场合广泛使用,但由于污水处理厂与某些公共场所相比,尽管其对细菌的降解作用较大,但其除臭效果并不理想,其污染源主要是通过水再向空气中排放,因此这种方法不能完全去除异味。

 

植被吸收隔离法既简单经济,又有环保与绿化的双重作用,但由于受气候影响,当气温下降时,植物活力下降,呼吸作用减弱,除臭效果就大打折扣。

 

⑥ 生物吸收法的特点是投资少、维修管理方便、运行费用低、效果明显,常用的生物吸附方法有生物过滤技术、生物选择培养技术、生物滴滤技术和洗涤技术。

 

当前市场中,除臭设备厂家已经将生物除臭技术广泛用于污水处理厂的生物除臭。与其它方法相比,生物除臭技术具有操作简便、设备简单、除臭效果好等特点,受到了广泛关注
