石化企业在生产过程中,会产生大量的废水。这种废水经常伴随着恶臭、挥发性的挥发性气体排放,严重影响到周围环境。所以在石油化工污水处理过程中,必须要使用除臭设备处理好臭气。

生物除臭技术相对于传统的其他物理化学方法的除臭技术具有针对石油化工废水处理工艺的优势。石化工业废水中的恶臭气体主要为挥发性有机化合物,如:硫化氢、氨气、三甲胺、吲哚醚、硫醇等。这些有机化合物不仅具有极强的挥发性,而且还具有一定的反应活性,这样会造成本不该有的二次污染。恶臭对人体神经系统、循环系统、呼吸系统等都会造成损害,使人产生较为明显的情绪波动。

 

在吸入这些气体后,身体会有头晕、呕吐等症状,若长期吸入,会导致记忆减退,造成慢性中毒。这些臭气向周围环境蔓延,不仅造成大气污染、水资源污染,还使相关设备、管道等受到腐蚀,危害极大。

 

石化企业污水站的除臭设备技术,其实是在模拟大自然里面的有机物进行降解的过程。利用相应的设备,利用填料作为载体,有针对性地培养微生物,从而实现臭气的净化的目的。在石化废水生物除臭过程中,污泥中常见的微生物群落与多空填充介质表面粘附,而臭气则是生物脱臭。

 

挥发性有机物和其他的污染物都能够吸附在孔隙的表面处,并被孔隙中的微生物群吸收。微生物在代谢过程中,将来自有机物和恶臭气体中的有机物转化为无机物和细胞质,经过一系列生物化学反应,最终降解为二氧化碳、水和中性无机盐。

 

为实现良好的除臭效果,在石化工业废水中采用生物除臭工艺,必须考虑相关影响因素。首先,要考虑温度因素。其实质是一种放热过程,其产生的热能使反应区温度上升,同时反应区内水分不断蒸发,又使该区域温度下降,在这两种作用下都会形成动态平衡。对于温度敏感的微生物群体,温度直接影响其活性,进而影响整个设备的处理效率。第二步,调整pH值,然后进行填充。
