除味工艺选择的第二个重点是除臭方法。脱臭的方法从原理上可分为吸附法、吸附法、臭氧法、离子法、燃烧法等。城市污水处理厂由于技术经济条件的限制,一般采用化学除臭、离子除臭、生物滤床除臭、土壤脱臭、植物提取液净化等方法。根据臭气产生与收集的不同特点、现场条件、技术经济条件等不同的除臭工程,应选择不同的除臭方法。

水洗生物滤床联合过滤除臭

从已建的污水处理厂除臭工程来看,目前应用较多的有化学除臭、离子除臭、生物过滤除臭、生物过滤除臭等方法,其中以生物滤床除臭法较为经济,操作管理方便。在纵向上分为几个区,自前后分别为:臭气引导区、前级过滤区、多级生物滤床过滤区、后一级化学洗涤区、净化气体排放区,后一级洗涤区可单独使用洗涤药剂,一般情况下后级洗涤可不工作。只有在温度特别低(10℃以下)导致微生物活性降低或出现处理废气负荷突然增加时,生物滤床处理效果才开始采用一级化学处理,以去除生物滤床未去除的恶臭污染物,确保达标排放。
