吸附作用

臭气通过具有吸附作用的吸附剂后,由气相转移到固相中的脱臭过程。臭气通过一种具有很强吸附能力的物质,将臭气通过吸附物捕获并除去。常见的吸附剂有活性炭、活性白土、硅胶、离子交换树脂等。该方法设备简单,操作管理容易,其最大优点是净化效率很高,但随着吸附的进行,在某一时刻达到吸附平衡,即吸附剂的吸附量等于脱附,此时吸附剂就需要更换或者再生,但吸附剂的价格很难达到吸附平衡,因此吸附剂的价格很难达到吸附平衡。臭气的含尘量和湿度对吸附方法也有一定的要求。所以,吸附法一般适用于高标准臭气处理。

化学方法

化学除臭主要是利用化学介质与臭气进行化学反应,从而改变臭气的化学性质而实现。当前,化学除臭方法主要有化学吸收、化学氧化、燃烧等。

化学性吸收

用化学吸附法去除臭味主要是利用 NaOH、H2SO4等化学物质能与硫化氢、氨气等无机类恶臭气体反应的性质。一般的化学吸收方法是多段吸收法完全去除硫化氢、氨气等臭气,即第一阶段脱氨,选择酸液喷淋;第二级除去硫化氢,选用碱液喷淋。采用化学吸附法去除H2S和氨气比较完全,但对其他一些有机恶臭气体如硫醇的去除效果不佳,且化学吸附法运行费用较高,因而其使用受到一定的限制。
