除含硫恶臭气体的微生物

氧化硫硫杆菌

氧化硫硫杆菌是专性好氧微生物,可以快速氧化单质硫和还原态的硫化物。氧化硫硫杆菌的最佳生长温度为28℃~30℃,pH值适应范围是1~5

脱氮硫杆茵

脱氮硫杆菌是专性无机化能自养菌,只能利用无机碳源进行生长代谢。好氧条件下,脱氮硫杆菌以氧为电子受体,氧化还原硫化合物。

硝化细茵

硝化细菌为自养、好氧的革兰氏阴性菌,包含氨氧化细菌和亚硝酸氧化细菌两大生理菌群,硝化作用由这两类菌群协同完成。氨氧化细菌通过amoA基因编码的氨单加氧酶(AMO)催化氨氧化到羟胺,进而转化为亚硝态氮,亚硝酸氧化细菌通过norB基因编码的亚硝酸氧化还原酶(Nor)氧化亚硝态氮为硝态氮。

光合细菌

光合细菌为革兰氏阴性菌,最佳生长环境为:温度为30℃一40℃,pH值为7—8.5。光合细菌能利用土壤接受的太阳热能、紫外线作为能源,以植物根部的分泌物、有机物、有害气体、二氧化碳等为基质,合成微生物、植物生长所需的糖类、氨基酸、维生素、氮素化合物、生理活性物质等营养成分,促进其生长,提高抵抗力。

乳酸茵

乳酸菌摄取光合细菌、酵母菌产生的糖类等物质在厌氧条件下产生乳酸,有效抑制有害微生物活动,有效阻止有机物急剧腐败分解。乳酸菌能使常态下不易分解的木质素和纤维素等变得易分解,将未腐熟的有机物转化成对动植物有效的养分,抑制致病菌增殖,促进有益微生物的生长,从而改善环境中的微生物群落。
