臭气处理设备的原理类型

新兴的等离子体技术

等离子体化学诞生于20世纪60年代,是一门涉及高能物理、放电物理、放电化学、反应工程学、高压脉冲技术的交叉学科。

等离子体作为物质的第四态,其物性及规律与固态、液态、气态的各不相同。等离子体又分为热等离子体(平衡等离子体)、冷等离子体(非平衡等离子体或低温等离子体)。前者由稠密气体在常压或高压下电弧放电或高频放电产生,体系中各种离子温度接近相等(电子温度二粒子温度二气体温度);后者由低压下的稀薄气体用高频、微波等激发辉光放电或常压气体电晕放电而产生。低温等离于体包含大量的活性粒子,如电子、正负离子、自由基、各种激发态的分子和原子等。因为废气的处理一般都在常压或接近常压的情况下进行,此时气体放电产生的等离子体属于低温等离于体。

20世纪70年代开始,国外已相继开发了一些低温等离子体烟气处理技术,拟取代传统烟气处理技术。这些技术包括:

1、电子束法;

2、脉冲电晕法;

3、直流电晕法;

4、介质阻挡放电法;

5、表面放电法等。非平衡等离子体技术去除气体污染物的基本原理是:通过电子束照射或高压放电形式获得的非平衡等离子体内,有大量的高能电子及高能电子等活性粒子,将有害气体污染物氧化成无害物质或低毒物质。
