电子束法烟气治理技术的研究工作始于20世纪70年代初期。1971年日本原子能研究所与Ebara公司开始研究烟道气辐照引起的脱除和Nox的辐射化学反应。在美国能源部的资助下,在原公司进一步开发这一项技术,目前已建立了一批示范点,其中包括我国四川省成都热电厂的电子束烟气脱硫示范装置。欧美等国家也相继开展了这方面的研究。

电子束法烟气治理技术的研究工作始于20世纪70年代初期。1971年日本原子能研究所与Ebara公司开始研究烟道气辐照引起的脱除和Nox的辐射化学反应。在美国能源部的资助下,原公司进一步开发这一项技术,目前已建立了一批示范点,其中包括我国四川省成都热电厂的电子束烟气脱硫示范装置。欧美等国家也相继开展了这方面的研究。

虽然电子束法具有很好的发展前景,但也存在着一些不足:

1、产生x射线,工业应用时必须建有混凝土防辐射工程,装置不能移动;

2、冷却窗用压缩空气冷却,电子线照射产生大量臭氧,对装置有腐蚀,对周围环境也有害;

3、由于电子束法产生的高能电子能量非常高,对于烟气中任何气体分子均可破坏其化学键,使烟气分子电离产生离子,因而烟气中含量最高的氮气分子和一些无害物质将被分解和电离,浪费了能量,造成工艺的能耗较大;

4、采用的电子枪价格昂贵,电子枪及靶窗的寿命短,设备结构较复杂。

介质阻挡放电技术

介质阻挡放电法是产生等离子体较为理想的方法,也是最早得到放电应用的方法之一。它的工作原理是在两电极之间插入一介质,然后通过施加足够高的交流电,使电极间隙间的气体达到击穿,从而产生大量细微的快脉冲放电通道。电介质在放电过程中相当一个电容器,起到储能的作用。
