畜禽养殖场臭气处理技术分析

畜禽养殖是畜牧业发展的重要支撑,随着养殖场规模不断扩大,畜禽粪污的排放量不断增加。为了促进我国畜禽规模化养殖场的可持续发展,恶臭问题不能单靠某一种除臭技术。虽然生物除臭法有许多优点,但是对某些高浓度恶臭物质的处理有一定局限性,只有综合利用多种除臭技术才能取得较好的效果。通过科学合理的方法降低粪污中的有害成分,提高饲养管理水平,积极开发新型高效粪便处理技术,将是今后规模化养殖场恶臭废气处理研究和发展的重要方向。

目前,我国畜禽养殖场的臭气处理技术主要有物理法、化学法和生物法。物理除臭技术和化学除臭技术操作简单,除臭效率较高,但存在治理成本高,容易给养殖场造成二次污染的问题。而近年生物除臭技术迅速发展,成为除臭技术的重点方法。生物除臭法在植物提取物、饲料酸化剂、微生态制剂和饲料酶制剂方面均有报道,而且所需材料较物理和化学除臭技术简单,成本较低且没有二次污染,已成为畜禽养殖场除臭的主要方式。

羿清生物滤池除臭技术在畜禽生产中优势明显,对环境适应能力强,应用范围广,并且除臭效果持久,生物菌种能够降低粪便中氨和吲哚等恶臭物质的含量,微生物菌种可以大大降解粪便中产生的氨氮、硫化氢等有害物质,降低养殖场收集的臭味排放指标。

生物滤池除臭设备

养殖场内采用除臭发酵液能有效抑制有害致病菌的繁殖,减少蚊蝇滋生,提高畜禽免疫功能,促进动物健康生长。这不仅在养殖场的恶臭治理方面具有独特优势,还在大气污染治理、土壤污染治理、水污染治理等多个领域应用。但是该技术在益生菌、有益微生物间及土著微生物间的具体关系、作用机制、代谢产物等方面还有待进一步探究,在利用多种有益微生物进行除臭时,筛选和培养出高效的对恶臭物质具有除臭效果的微生物也需要进一步明确。此外,优化复合菌剂的菌株组合方式以及对复合菌剂的安全性还需要进一步验证。
