城市污水泵站和工厂企业污水处理站是产生恶臭气体的重要来源之一。城市污水泵站恶臭气体是污水在城市下水道输送过程中,因厌氧发酵而产生的带有恶臭的气体。城市污水泵站恶臭气体的发生源主要是在格栅井。

1.1等离子法废气处理工艺的原理

离子发生器产生大量的高能粒子,当带电高能粒子碰撞到中性的样分子时,氧分子中的氧原子便失去了电子,变成正极基本离子,而释放的电子在瞬间与另一中性分子向结合,形成负氧离子。由此,氧离子两级分化,且各吸附10个?20离子群与有害气体发生反应而转化为无害的小分子物质。新生态的氧离子具有很强的氧化性,能够有效地氧化分解不受负离子控制的有机物。与污染气体反应后,多余的氧离子(正极)能与负极的氧离子很快地结合成中性氧,因而不会更多地对设备及环境造成不利影响。其反应机理为

H2S+O2、O2−、O2+→SO3+H2O(1)

NH3+O2、O2−、O2+→NOX+H2O(2)

VOCs+O2、O2−、O2+→SO3+CO2+H2O(3)

由式(1)?式(3)可知,恶臭废气组分经设备处理后,将转变为NOx、SO3、H2O等小分子,在一定的浓度下,各种反应的转化率均>90%。

实际上,等离子净化系统的氧离子目标值是根据室内空间大小及空气流通量计算出来的,所以在运行过程中不会产生大于MAK值的离子数。上百份检测报告表明,等离子净化设备运行时,离子数达标,不会产生臭氧,在整个运行过程中唯一的原材料就是室外的空气,产生的最终产物仍然是二氧化碳和水,整个过程中的系统能耗少,不产生任何二次污染且不会对外界环境造成任何影响,达到了真正意义上节能减排的目的。

等离子法废气处理系统能有效地清除空气中的细菌、可吸入颗粒物、硫化合物、苯类等有害物质,且处理效果能够大于90%。
