工厂企业污水处理站恶臭气体是污水在厌氧处理工艺、及污泥储存及处理过程中产生的带有恶臭物质的气体。工厂企业污水处理站的恶臭气体发生源主要是在格栅井、调节池、厌氧处理池、沉淀池、污泥池、脱水机房及污泥堆放场所等。

 

1.1生物洗涤技术工艺的原理

生物洗涤技术的原理就是利用微生物细胞对恶臭物质的吸附、吸收和降解功能。微生物的细胞具有个体小、表面积大、吸附性强、代谢类型多样的特点,能将恶臭气体中的恶臭物质吸附后并分解成CO2、H2O、H2SO4、HNO3等简单的无机物。因此恶臭气体在通过湿润、多孔和充满活性微生物的滤层时,各种恶臭污染物成份能被逐步净化,最终排放出洁净空气。

生物洗涤除臭过程主要有3个步骤。

1)首先是恶臭气体和水接触过程中恶臭物质溶解于水中,也就是恶臭物质从气相进入液相的过程。

2)被水溶解后的恶臭物质被微生物吸附、吸收,恶臭物质从水中转移至微生物体内的过程。

3)进入微生物体内的恶臭物质作为营养成分被微生物分解、利用、转化和吸收,从而使恶臭物质等污染物得以去除的过程。

      1.2生物洗涤技术适用范围
