热损方法

热害是目前较为广泛采用的一种治理有机废气的方法,尤其对于低浓度的有机废气,热害可分为直接火焰燃烧法和催化燃烧法。直燃是指有机物质在气流中直接燃烧并辅以燃料燃烧的方式。大多数时候,如果没有辅助燃料,有机物质浓度很低,不足以燃烧。在适当的温度和保存时间下,直接火焰燃烧热处理效率可达99%

化学法氧化

化学法是利用强氧化剂,如臭氧、高锰酸盐、次氯酸盐、氯气、二氧化氯、过氧化氢等,对臭氧进行氧化,使之变成无味或微臭的物质。氧化法通常在液相中进行,也可以在气相中进行,例如臭氧氧化。该系统主要包括排气扇、臭氧散热器、臭氧接触室输送管网、臭氧生成系统及自动控制系统等。臭氧剂用于分解恶臭物质的数量,取决于污染物的种类和浓度。在污水厂恶臭去除中采用臭氧处理方法较为成功。但是,当污水处理厂的废气污染物浓度较高时,臭氧并不能完全将其氧化。此外,未使用的剩余臭氧也会导致二次污染。其缺点是能耗高、处理不当造成臭氧污染。
