化学方法

化学除臭法根据原理不同可分为两类。

中和反应除臭

将臭气通入吸收液中,与之发生酸碱中和反应达到除臭目的。优点是成本低、操作简单;缺点是效果不稳定,难溶于水的挥发性有机化合物去除困难,易造成二次污染。相比水洗涤法,该法更适合用于高浓度臭气的预处理和主处理阶段,但还需要深度处理。

氧化还原反应除臭

热破坏法

通过燃烧的方法破坏臭气的分子结构达到除臭目的。该法应用广泛,是研究的热门,主要包括热力燃烧法、直接燃烧法和催化燃烧法,可用于臭气的深度处理阶段。

水中氧化法

水中氧化法是在污水中添加强氧化剂如液氯、漂白粉、臭氧等物质来氧化水中的有机臭气。投入水中的氧化剂是在杀灭水中细菌的同时,起到除臭作用。

物理和化学结合法

离子除臭法是物理和化学相结合的除臭方法。设备通过高压电场产生大量强氧化性的正、负氧离子并能在极短的时间内氧化、分解甲硫醇、氨、硫化氢、醚类、胺类等臭气因子,生成二氧化碳和水等稳定无害小分子。优点是技术运行成本低、工艺简单、无明显二次污染。缺点是与臭气接触时间不长、高能离子衰减速率过快、使用寿命短。在我国,该技术正在不断完善,可用于臭气的深度处理。
