污水处理厂在除臭方案的选择上要考虑社会、环境、经济效益相统一。通过分析比较结论如下。

恶臭废气处理

预处理阶段

污水处理厂应按照环保部要求,设置绿化隔离带隔离吸收臭气。在工作人员出入较多的区域,可用密封法阻断臭气。水洗涤法和化学吸收法可分别用于处理低浓度和高浓度臭气的预处理。

主处理阶段:规模较小的污水处理厂,建议采用活性炭吸附法。该方法操作简单,使用灵活,除臭效果较好,如果条件允许也可考虑CENTAUR-HSV 催化活性碳除臭系统。规模较大的污水处理厂可考虑生物除臭法。该方法往往占据空间大、处理周期长,但是除臭彻底、无二次污染,其中生物滴滤法和活性污泥法好控制,可优先考虑。条件一般的污水厂可采用化学吸收法除臭,该方法一次性投资小、操作简单,但处理效率较低、操作不稳定、易造成二次污染。

深度处理阶段

污水厂可优先考虑热破坏法,该方法成本低廉、效果较好。也可使用离子除臭法处理低浓度臭气,该方法工艺简单,二次污染小,但由于与臭气接触时间不长、高能离子衰减速率过快、效果欠佳。

目前除臭技术的发展趋势是单一技术越来越先进,组合技术越来越多样。前者的代表方法有CENTAUR-HSV催化活性炭技术、离子除臭技术、从液化空气中分离臭气技术、利用纳米材料分解臭气技术等。后者的代表方法有物理活性炭法搭配生物湿式洗涤器法、化学洗涤法搭配生物过滤法等。所以污水处理厂在除臭技术的选择上,要结合自身特点,寻求个性化的解决方案,在实现高效除臭的同时兼顾经济和社会效益。
