离子法恶臭废气处理工艺

离子法同生物法一样是在国际上应用最为广泛的除臭方法,包括高能离子除臭法、活性氧氧化法和等离子除臭法。

高能离子除臭法恶臭废气处理工艺

高能离子法是通过高频高压电场将空气激发为强氧化基团,再通过高能电场加速器将活性基团进一步激发并发射出高能离子,高能离子束与高能紫外线产生光化学反应,使空气当中的恶臭气体快速打开化学键,分解成C02S042一、N03一和水等;此外,高能离子法还可以沉降颗粒和降低细菌浓度。高能离子法对多种恶臭气体都有去除效果,设备简单,运行管理方便;但实际运行中由于臭气接触时间不长、高能离子衰减速率过快、使用寿命不长等原因而导致净化效果欠佳。

等离子体+生物过滤

等离子体一生物过滤法采用等离子体技术与生物处理结合工艺处理恶臭废气,利用等离子体中的大量活性粒子对有毒有害恶臭污染物进行直接分解去除,生物过滤法将等离子体分解产物和恶臭废气继续好氧降解成无害的物质。该技术组合属于新型除臭技术组合,不仅可以减少生物除臭装置体积及等离子体装置电耗,而且能避免等离子体副产物带来的二次污染。目前该组合技术尚处于研究阶段,其应用推广前景有待实践检验。
