恶臭废气处理

生物滴滤池

同生物滤池相比,生物滴滤池的工艺原理大致相当,最大区别在于填料。前者填料能提供微生物生长所需的营养,需定期更换;后者填料则仅能作为微生物区系的附着生长点,而需额外喷洒可溶性无机营养物液体。由于生物滴滤池在运行过程中需要添加营养物质,其对运行条件的控制更为严格,并且能更有效地控制处理过程,除臭效率高于生物滤池。该技术推广应用的限制瓶颈在于是否能开发出较大比表面积和合理孔隙率、易微生物挂膜的填料。

土壤法

土壤法以土壤层作为生物滤床的载体,当收集的臭气物质通过长满微生物的、湿润多孔的土壤滤层时,或者被土壤水分吸收去除或者被土壤中的微生物细胞吸附、吸收和降解之后除去。

活性污泥法

活性污泥法活性污泥法包括洗涤式活性污泥法、曝气式活性污泥法及腐殖质活性污泥法,三种方法的除臭原理不尽相同。

洗涤式活性污泥法先使臭气与悬浮泥浆混合液在吸收池充分接触形成洗涤液后,通入反应器被悬浮活性污泥代谢分解。该法对脱除复合型臭气效果很好,但需要臭气溶解性较高,因此在污水厂除臭中应用很少。曝气式活性污泥法将臭气以曝气的形式分散到活性污泥混合液中,通过悬浮生长微生物的代谢作用来降解臭气物质。该法系统简单,十分经济,但同样需要臭气溶解性较高,工程应用有待进一步开发。
