恶臭废气处理设备主要有活性炭废气吸附、 UV光解、低温等离子废气净化、催化燃烧设备等几种处理方式。

用途:适用于印刷厂、喷塑厂、印染厂、电子厂、塑料厂、涂料厂、家具厂、炼油厂、橡胶厂、化工厂、造纸厂、皮厂、农药厂、制药厂、食品厂、香精厂、油脂厂、饲料厂、屠宰厂、养殖场、污水处理厂、垃圾中转站等恶臭气体、工业废气的净化处理。

催化器恶臭废气处理装置

RCO催化燃烧设备是在催化剂作用下燃烧的装置或设备。催化器的工作原理是:利用催化剂的作用,使有机废气在较低的起燃温度下无焰燃烧,使有机废气分解成二氧化碳和水蒸汽。触媒燃烧设备电气控制系统由 PLC控制器、文字显示、变频调速器、点火器、紫外光传感器、热电偶等电气控制设备以及风机,并通过零压阀调节燃气与空气的比例。

易燃物质在催化剂作用下燃烧。催化燃烧温度较低,燃烧较为充分,比直接燃烧好。催化剂是具有较大比表面积的贵金属及金属氧化物多组分物质。利用有害气体中的可燃物质在较低温度下分解氧化,采用合适的催化剂的燃烧方法。

RCO催化燃烧装置电气控制系统由 PLC控制器、文字显示、变频调速器、点火器、紫外光传感器、热电偶等电气控制设备以及风机,并通过零压阀调节燃气与空气的比例。催化器电控系统的工作过程可分为三种状态:燃烧器的工作状态、停止状态和参数设置状态。将其划分为点火过程和燃烧过程。通过安装热电偶来检测温度,送文字显示显示。PLC采用模拟量输入、输出模块,检测火焰燃烧信号和热电偶温度信号,将检测到的信号与设定的信号进行比较运算后,通过0~10 V电信号控制变频器的输出频率来调节风机转速,保持燃烧器的燃烧温度,这是构成以设定温度为基准的控制系统;自动检测燃烧器温度信号与设定的温度比较,输出各种报警信号或直接停机。它能显示气体流量,燃烧温度和变频器输出频率。设置参数及工作状态等信息,可通过显示器实时调节运行温度参数,修改设定温度控制风机运行。同时,系统还设置了多种保护功能,特别是逻辑互锁功能更强,使系统工作可靠,有了比较完善的控制功能。
