市政污水除臭方法

市政污水除臭在国外已有几十年的运行经验,国内也开始兴起,并有蓬勃发展的趋势。当前,国内外处理污水的除臭技术主要有活性炭吸附法、热氧化法、脱臭溶液法、氧离子团除臭法、化学洗法、生物过滤法等。对于生活小区的生活污水臭气处理,我们常采用污水处理池做密封处理,污水站产生的臭气通过专门的排气管引至市政井或下水道排放,此外还采用生物除臭法。生物法是一种生物培养方法,通过附着在填充物上的生物膜来降解空气中的臭气,其生长、成熟和达到生物降解能力的过程。在生物膜中,微生物需要的养料来源于污水中的有机物,对于污水处理厂,一般采用原污水进行喷淋。此法的优势在于加强管理,处理效果好,运行费用也很低。而且目前认为最科学、最经济的方法是生物法,国内污水厂“绝大多数行业都是采用生物法除臭。

异味处理规范

处理后的气体排放符合《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)和《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-93)二级排放标准。

污水站设置要求

选择下水道站的基本原则:

(1)集中布置,节约占用空间,减少管线距离;

(2)位于小区排水系统的低端,尽量避免多次提升;

(3)主导风向以下,避免不适气味影响居住环境;

(4)面积足够大,可容纳污水处理建筑物的绿化区域。

在污.水处理设施下风向5 m以内能感觉到浓重气味(4),5-100 m范围内的臭味(GB/T13201-91)可感觉到浓烈的气味(4),5-100 m范围内很容易感到臭味/(2-3),200 m处臭味很弱(2),而300 m外则闻不到气味。
