建设污水站除臭系统消除臭气是一项十分重要的技术,它可以有效地控制有害气体的挥发,防止对大气环境的污染。

 

废水站化学调节池、气化水预处理池、乙二醇调节池、水解酸化池、UASB池、均质池、SBR缓冲池等池主要用于临时气化乙二醇、气体净化厂和主酸火炬产生的化学生产废水工业废水因含有大量各种醇、酚、氨、一氧化碳、硫化氢等有害气体,这就造成了污水处理厂范围内空气质量差。

污水站除臭系统主要收集二厂污水站的气化调节池、气化来水预处理池、乙二醇调节池、水解酸化池、UASB池、均匀池及SBR缓冲池等池子产生的臭气,使用-反吊膜收集,臭气收集后再由风机进行收集,用碱、次氯酸钠两级化学清洗除去一部分臭气,再进入多元净化塔及光催化氧化装置,进一步去除有害气体,用次氯酸按喷出塔后气体再进入光催化氧化器。每年可有效减少硫化氢进入大气。

 

它主要是利用高能紫外光束将空气中的氧分子分解成游离氧,使游离氧分子产生臭氧。臭氧层氧化作用强,对有机气体及刺激性气味有清除作用。在有机气体通过碱喷塔和次氯酸钠喷淋塔进入光催化氧化净化设备后,在此基础上,利用高能紫外光和臭氧协同分解有机(臭味)气体,将降解的有机气态物质转化为低分子化合物、水和二氧化碳,处理后的废气经30米的排放塔排入大气。化学性清洗产生的废水经管道排入污水池进行收集处理。

 

污水站除臭系统是用反调膜封住每个池子,收集到的臭气送到化学喷淋塔,然后通过化学药剂喷淋,进入光催化氧化设备,然后通过除臭专用风机抽送到排放塔排放,处理后的气体可满足化学需要。
