随着污水治理的技术不断优化的情况之下,生物除臭塔在化工污水废气治理中的应用愈发的重视。


废水处理厂产生的臭气污染物严重影响着周围环境,也影响着人们的生活。在石油化工生产废水中,芳香烃类物质在恶臭污染物中的含量较高。

 生物除臭塔的原理

近几年来,由于恶臭污染引起的社会问题日益增多,处理化工废水产生的臭味污染问题日益受到社会的重视。“臭气”是一种污染环境,也是一种危害人类健康的公害,我国《恶臭污染物排放标准》中对恶臭污染物进行了界定,所有刺激人的嗅觉感觉,或使人不舒服,或损坏生活环境气体的物质都称为恶臭污染物。目前许多工厂生产加工后,都会排放出一些废水和污水,但有些污水处理厂中的许多污水在处理过程中设置为开放式水池,而污染源则在预处理阶段的格栅井、沉砂池、污泥处理阶段会散发出各种恶臭气体。臭气的主要成分是烃类、苯系物和硫化氢等,污水排放后,如果臭味不能被合理处理,散发到大气中,必然会影响周围的环境,严重者会影响人们的身体。

 

在化工企业的污水处理系统中,由于不适当的处理,会产生恶臭气体,主要有氨、三甲胺、硫化氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、二硫化碳、苯乙烯和其它臭气。恶臭气体的产生有两个主要原因,一是由污水直接挥发而来,二是由污水中微生物降解反应引起。许多污水如不进行合理处理,必然会产生一种生物化学反应,产生新的分解物,产生臭气。在化工行业治理污水的过程中会产生大量的VOCS,这些都是有机废气。特别是在污泥处理过程中,没有完全分解有机物质,或处理不当,都会引起化工厂的臭气。

 

该生物脱臭塔是利用活性炭吸附易挥发物而达到除臭的目的。实际生产中采用活性炭吸附法,可以有效地去除污水中的臭气。一般要用不同性质的活性炭,如将酸性物质吸附在吸附塔上的活性炭,或将碱性物质吸附到活性炭上,再用中性炭也可以吸附一些中性物质。与各种活性炭接触后产生的恶臭气体与各种活性炭。排放的废气从吸附塔中排出,以消除异味。与化学法相比,生物除臭的方法去除恶臭气体的效果要好一些,不过,活性炭吸附到一定程度后会达到饱和状态,所以要经常更换活性炭,这就导致该工艺成本较高。

 

一般采用生物除臭塔活性炭吸附法,或与其它除臭方法综合应用,对一些浓度比较低的臭气实施除臭处理.
