本文采用城市污水处理厂粗格栅收集的气体为研究对象,对生物除臭塔中活性炭、火山岩、聚氨酯泡沫、聚丙烯环四种填料的除臭气体特性进行了研究,研究了生产过程的影响因素,并在较长时间运行中监测了不同填料压降的变化。

研究发现,四种填料在床层停留时间为20秒时,都可以达到100%脱除H2S气体的脱除率和稳定性。

 生物除臭塔的优势


PU泡沫对VOCs的去除率为62.3%,环状填料和65.1%;生物除臭塔是利用填充生物膜填充的塔式反应器,将臭气排出塔内,一般用有机填料,如堆肥、腐殖质、树皮等,经过驯化后可达到较高的去除负荷。

 

而生物滴滤塔采用无机填料,在反应条件下(如水、酸碱度、营养液等),可以通过加入滴滤液,有效调整工况,提高去除率。填料介质是生物滴滤塔的核心部件,一种理想的生物除臭填充剂具有如下功能和特点:为生物膜生长提供粘附性、高孔隙率、高比表面积、抗物理应力等。因为生物滴滤塔在运行过程中产生过多的生物膜,会导致生物除臭塔空隙率降低、压降过大、风阻过大等问题。

 

至于填充物,孔隙率(porosity)和空隙率(voidfraction)是两个不同的概念,而孔隙率是指物质在微观上具有的特殊结构。一般指孔径小于1mm的孔隙占材料的体积百分比.而空隙率则是由堆积填料时所产生的空隙占其堆积体积的百分比。物料的孔隙度影响着填料的悬挂速度、传质速率等。

 

填充物孔的大小和分布决定了生物膜的生长速度,气相污染物从气相向液相扩散速率,污染物气流与养分分布的平均性,生物除臭塔填料的选择受孔隙率、孔隙率等因素的影响,尤其是不同孔隙率、空隙率等因素。
