目前,市政、工业污水站除臭中臭气主要来源于预处理系统,由于水源中有机物含量过高,造成水中缺氧,再在厌氧菌的作用下产生大量恶臭物质,使源水中恶臭气体挥发。


 

在生化处理系统中,污水的生化处理一般包括厌氧和好氧两种处理方法,其中厌氧法大大增加了恶臭气体的排放;污泥浓缩与脱水系统,采用压缩、过滤、离心分离等工艺,由于搅拌产生恶臭气体。

污水处理站臭气主要由微生物呼吸蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、发酵过程的产物和不完全产物组成,一般分为三类:含硫化合物;H2S、H2S等;含氮化合物,三甲胺;由碳、氢或碳、氢、氧组成的化合物一、低阶醇、醛、脂肪酸。

 

污水处理站臭气处理时,按比例混合两种臭气,去除臭味。

 

采用稀释扩散法直接除臭效果好、成本高,采用稀释扩散法将烟囱中的恶臭气体排放到大气中,通过大气稀释扩散和氧化反应,使恶臭气体浓度降低,从而确保下风方向和臭气源附近的居民不受恶臭影响。气味浓度低的工业有组织排放源主要用来控制恶臭。此外,受当地气候和地形条件的影响,烟囱高度也有一定要求。

 

冷凝可以使恶臭物质浓缩为液体。该方法具有预处理、浓度高、流速快、操作简便、投资运行费用低等优点,其缺点是对难溶性恶臭物质的去除效果较差。

 

还有吸附剂用于吸附和去除恶臭气体,常用活性炭、硅胶、活性白土等吸附剂。脱臭效果好,吸附量小,存在二次污染。
