在我国对于恶臭污染物排放标准当中对恶臭污染物进行定义,一切刺激嗅觉感官,并且引起人们不愉快,或者是损坏生活环境气体的物质都称之为恶臭污染物。

 焦化污水站除臭

目前,许多工厂在生产加工后会排放一些废水和污水,但一些污水处理厂的许多污水在处理阶段设置为开放式水池,预处理阶段的格栅井、沉砂池和污泥处理阶段的污染源容易散发出各种恶臭气体。

 

恶臭气体的主要成分是碳氢化合物、苯系物和硫化氢。污水排放后,如果恶臭气味处理不当,散发到大气中,必然会影响周边环境,严重影响人们的健康。化工行业的废气处理技术包括吸附法、吸收法、膜分离法、催化氧化法等。在废水处理过程中,如果化工厂未能合理处理废水中的恶臭气体,排放的气体或污水中含有恶臭气体。这不仅会污染环境,还会严重影响人们的健康。

 

污水恶臭气体处理时,采用生物除臭技术,可合理吸附降解恶臭气体物质。应用后,恶臭气体处理效率高,运行成本低。未来,生物除臭的应用需求将越来越大,化工污水处理厂的应用前景也将更加广阔。

 

近年来,随着我国环境问题的日益严重,环境问题已成为现阶段亟待解决的重大问题。特别是化工有机废气排放是当前需要解决的关键内容。因此,化工相关人员必须加强国内外先进技术的研究和引进,提高对废气危害和处理必要性的广泛认知,加强一系列废气处理技术的科学合理应用,积极推进化工废气处理的进程
