乘借煤炭和钢铁行业供给侧结构性改革的东风,中国焦化行业逐渐从产能严重过剩、行业亏损的泥淖中走出,近两年行业过剩压力有所缓解,盈利情况逐步得到改善。在大气污染防治条例长效机制的建立及《打赢蓝天保卫战三年行动计划》的指导下,焦化行业污水站除臭环保设施不断健全、装备水平不断升级,行业发展整体呈现出积极、良好的发展趋势。

在统筹优化化产布局的基础上,焦炉煤气高附加值加工利用规模不断提高,新兴领域不断探索和发展。传统的焦炉煤气利用主要集中在粗苯、煤焦油及甲醇等的回收及合成方面,近两年焦炉气制LNG及焦炉气制乙二醇等附加值较高的产品逐渐受到企业的青睐。下面介绍两种目前备受企业青睐的焦炉煤气利用途径。在焦炉气制甲醇的基础上延伸产品线,提高化工产品附加值。


1.焦炉气制BDO,PTMEG


焦炉煤气回收煤焦油、粗苯等初产品净化后供应生产甲醇,以焦粒为原料生产液氨,通过焦粒产出多余的煤气送甲醇合成,使甲醇产量达到最大化,再以生产的甲醇以及甲醇驰放气、电石为原料生产BDO,BDO在经过闭环脱水生产四氢呋喃(THF)聚合生成PTMEG.

2.焦炉气合成直接制乙醇


燃料乙醇添加到汽油里,让汽油燃烧得更充分,降低一氧化碳等大气污染物的排放,此外,由于乙醇本身并没有任何腐蚀性,使用乙醇汽油不需要对汽车进行任何改装,还能够提高汽油抗爆性和辛烷值,提升动力性能,因此在全球得到广泛推广使用。

工艺路线:


焦炉气合成直接制乙醇


反应方程式如下:
CO+2H2→CH3OH (合成气制甲醇)
CH3OH+CH3OH→CH3OCH3+H2O (甲醇脱水制二甲醚)
CH3OCH3+CO→CH3COOCH3 (二甲醚羰基化制乙酸甲酯)
2CH3COOCH3+3H2→3CH3CH2OH (乙酸甲酯催化加氢制乙醇)


以上两种技术路线已经在陕西,山东,内蒙,山西多家焦化厂开始应用,项目已经在建或已达产。
