生物除臭设备

污泥是由有机碎片、细菌、无机颗粒和胶体组成的复杂非均质体,具有含水量高、数量大、污染物浓度高的特点。因此,在污泥处理、储存和运输过程中,会释放出一些挥发性和不稳定的臭气,造成严重的臭气污染,引发一系列的环境和社会问题。污泥气味具有成分复杂、毒性强、气量大、排放持续性长的特点。这种气味成分可分为四类:

1)含硫化合物,如硫化氢、硫醇、硫醚、噬命等。;

2)含氮化合物,如氨、胺、酞胺、吲哚等。;

3)烃类化合物,如烷烃、烯烃、炔烃、芳烃等。;

4)含氧有机物,如醇、醛、酮、酚、有机酸等。,其中影响最大的气味是氨、硫化氢、甲硫醇、丙硫醇、甲基硫等。

光催化-生物除臭组合工艺流程

低温等离子体-生物法低温等离子体-生物法联合处理技术是利用等离子体中的大量活性粒子直接分解去除有毒有害恶臭污染物。生物法继续将等离子体工艺中的分解产物和恶臭废气降解成无害物质,从而减少生物除臭装置和等离子体装置的体积。同时,等离子体产生的副产物被生物降解成无害物质,避免二次污染;这不仅可以降低等离子体的功耗,还可以控制有害副产物的形成,提高恶臭处理设施的投入产出比。

采用低温等离子体-生物法处理H2S恶臭气体,H2S的去除效率比单独使用等离子体提高83.4%~90.1%,并能有效消除等离子体氧化H2S产生的SO2等二次污染物。

目前,对低温等离子体法与光催化或生物法联用工艺的研究较多,已有大量成功的科研和工程应用案例,但对光催化-生物联用工艺实际工程应用的报道较少。
