目前的垃圾处理方式

相对于焚烧、堆肥和热解等垃圾处理方法,垃圾填埋法具有工艺简单、处理量大、技术可靠、适应性强、基建投资和运行成本低等优点,将巨大的“垃圾资源"留待日后开发,是不可替代与不可或缺的最终处理处置手段。目前,我国95%以上的生活垃圾是经填埋处理的。垃圾填埋场是垃圾稳定化、无害化的处理处置场所,但是由于填埋处理过程中物理、化学以及生物的共同作用,产生了大量的恶臭、强刺激、易燃、易爆的复杂气体。此外在填埋场垃圾的转运、平铺、压实等过程也会产生大量的恶臭气体。

生物除臭是采用微生物吸收的方式来进行臭气处理的,该方式具有绿色高效、无二次污染等优势,是目前众多城市广泛使用的除臭方法。
