除臭工艺现状

目前在国内外恶臭治理的各种技术中,生物法因具有处理效率高、无二次污染、费用低廉和管理维护方便等优点,被广泛地使用。近年来无二次污染的微生物除臭技术在恶臭污染控制中得到迅速发展,因此研发出针对垃圾除臭的高效微生物菌剂,研究其除臭机理,为填埋场除臭提供理论依据和技术指导,具有重要意义。

生物滴滤法

生物滴滤法即填充塔型脱臭法,出现于20世纪80年代后期,被认为是介于生物过滤法和生物吸收法之间的处理方式。生物滴滤器结构与生物过滤器相似,其差别在于滴滤器项部设有喷淋装置,水从顶部喷淋下来,并逐步流过滴滤塔填料。因此,滴滤塔填料空隙比生物滤池的多,而且所用的填料通常由惰性材料构成,如聚丙烯小球、木炭、陶瓷、塑料等,这些材料不会与处理的恶臭气体发生反应,一般不需要更换。恶臭气体经过或不经过预处理,进入生物滴滤池。湿润的恶臭气体经过填料层时,其中的恶臭污染物溶于水,被循环液和填料表面附着的微生物所吸附、吸收、降解,从而达到除臭的目的。
