物理除臭法

物理法主要包括掩蔽中和法、稀释扩散法、冷凝法、吸收法和吸附法等。其共同点是依靠固、液、气三相之间的转化消除恶臭气味,仅仅是降低了嗅觉对气味的感知程度,然而其化学性质没有改变,因此并未从根本上彻底消除恶臭物质。物理法具有原理简单、操作便捷及见效快等优点,但只适宜处理低浓度、范围小的恶臭,而且处理费用高,处理不当易造成二次污染,一旦造成二次污染,再生和后处理过程十分复杂。

化学除臭法

化学法主要包括酸碱吸收法、化学吸附法、催化燃烧法、化学洗涤法、03氧化法、光催化氧化法、热力燃烧法等这些方法的共同点是添加某些化学试剂,使之与恶臭物质发生化学反应,改变其化学结构以破坏其致臭基团,使之转变为无臭味或臭味较低的物质。化学除臭法工艺成熟,除臭效率高而且安全可靠,可以将恶臭物质彻底氧化分解,但是所用设备繁多且工艺复杂,能耗大,成本高,持续时间短,主要应用于处理高浓度臭气。

生物除臭法

生物除臭法是20世纪50年代后期发展起来的恶臭处理方法,20世纪80年代初各国开始在这一领域开展广泛研究,其中以德国和同本取得的成就最为显著。生物法具有处理效率高、无二次污染、安全性好、所需要的设备简单、便于操作、费用低廉和管理维护方便等优点,已被广泛应用于垃圾填埋场、污水处理厂、畜牧业、化工、冶金、石油等实际除臭应用中。
