PH

污水处理场除臭系统的pH不需要进行刻意调整,由于混合气体中硫化氢浓度相对较高,运行过程的pH维持在2040时,硫化氢和氨的去除效果较好且在稳定范围内波动。同时,pH降低,氨去除率会提高,而对硫化氢的去除率没有影响。分析认为,氨的去除主要因素是化学吸收和吸附作用。所以在对氨去除效果需要更高的要求时,可以采取降低pH来提高去除效果。

填料湿度

填料湿度对生物滤池影响较大,填料湿度影响到微生物的附着、代谢和地物与微生物之间的传质作用,工程采用PP球、树皮、竹炭混合填料,适宜湿度为40%~60%,运行经验得出,阀门开度为0.3即可保证系统的正常运行,喷淋周期选择1周最佳。
