       恶臭废气处理是现如今环境保护一个比较重要的对象,然而恶臭废气处理的种类众多,现在用的比较多的就是吸附法了,那么吸附法对恶臭废气处理的作用如何呢?下面我们就一起来看一下!
       恶臭废气处理吸附法:

       对空气中臭气的吸附,虽然可用吸附剂较多,但其中仍以活性炭吸附效果比较好。因为有些吸附剂对空气中的水分吸附力比对恶臭物质的吸附力强,而活性炭吸附剂对恶臭物质有较大的平衡吸附量,对多种恶臭气体有吸附能力。所以防毒面具中也多用活性炭作吸附剂。利用活性炭作为吸附剂脱臭,称活性炭脱臭法。该方法特点是设备简单,脱臭效果好,尤其适一般多用于复合恶臭的末级净化。设计恶臭废气处理选择活性炭吸附法时,应注意以下问题。
       (1) 活性炭类型活性炭种类很多,选用前应针对恶臭物质的性质经实验室试验,按下列要求选定:所选用的活性炭应该对所需脱除恶臭物质的吸附能力、特别是在低浓度区的吸附性能好;吸附速度快,以减小吸附层的厚度;阻力损失小;机械强度好,减少在再生过程中的损耗;容易再生,且再生后表面活性大;来源容易、价格低廉。
       (2) 吸附床形式在吸附装置内,活性炭可以以不同的方式与气体进行接触传质。吸附床可分成固定床,移动床和流动床。移动床和流动床传质效果好,一般用于处理气量大、臭浓度较高及活性炭需经常更换的情况。但其设备较复杂,运行中活性炭损耗较严重。
       (3) 恶臭气体预处理当恶臭气体浓度较高时,或复合性恶臭气体时,或恶臭气体中含有粉尘气溶胶杂质时,为保证除臭效果,必须对气体进行预处理。预处理方式可根据恶臭气体的具体情况采用水洗、酸洗和碱洗等。含粉尘量大的气体可采用干式或湿式除尘器。
       (4)吸附温度根据吸附理论,降低温度可提高活性炭的吸附效果,因此一般控制吸附温度在40℃以下。
       (5)吸附热气体或蒸气被固体表面吸附时要放热,此热量称为吸附热。吸附热与气体的种类有关,随恶臭气体的吸附,不断放出吸收热,致使吸附床温度升高。特别是使用新鲜活性炭时,剧烈地放出的热量使吸附床温度急剧地增高,甚至可能引起着火或爆炸。为安全生产具体应控制在其爆炸下限的1/2以下。
