有关恶臭废气处理方法的技术经济比较
       恶臭废气对我们来说,是影响我们日常生活的主要因素,它给我们带来不便,所以,为了不影响我们的生活,我们要进行恶臭废气处理,然而,恶臭废气处理的方法多种多样,耗费也各有不同。对各恶臭处理选取方案的设备投资,运行成本进行分析,并综合比较其他技术经济因素。        (1)高能离子除臭运行费用较低,占地面积小且无二次污染,是比较经济的除臭技术。但其一次性投资较大。高能离子除臭属于相对较新的技术,在我国城市臭气处理中尚处于中试阶段,成功应用的可靠工程实例还很少见,其技术可靠性、运行效果还有待考察。利用高能离子脱臭是未来发展的主要方向。由于我国的发展现状,还应对此技术进行进一步的试验研究再应用于生产实践。        (2)生物滤池和生物滴滤塔运行费用较低,生物滤床运行费用稍高于前两种。三种生物法是目前应用较为广泛,且经济适中的除臭技术。与离子法相比其运行成本稍高,但一次性投资较低,技术较成熟可靠。        生物

       恶臭废气对我们来说,是影响我们日常生活的主要因素,它给我们带来不便,所以,为了不影响我们的生活,我们要进行恶臭废气处理,然而,恶臭废气处理的方法多种多样,耗费也各有不同。对各恶臭处理选取方案的设备投资,运行成本进行分析,并综合比较其他技术经济因素。
       (1)高能离子除臭运行费用较低,占地面积小且无二次污染,是比较经济的除臭技术。但其一次性投资较大。高能离子除臭属于相对较新的技术,在我国城市臭气处理中尚处于中试阶段,成功应用的可靠工程实例还很少见,其技术可靠性、运行效果还有待考察。利用高能离子脱臭是未来发展的主要方向。由于我国的发展现状,还应对此技术进行进一步的试验研究再应用于生产实践。
       (2)生物滤池和生物滴滤塔运行费用较低,生物滤床运行费用稍高于前两种。三种生物法是目前应用较为广泛,且经济适中的除臭技术。与离子法相比其运行成本稍高,但一次性投资较低,技术较成熟可靠。

       生物滴滤塔运行费用稍高于生物滤池,但其反应器的尺寸比生物滤池小,占地面积较小且反应条件(如pH值、温度等)易于控制,除臭效果也优于生物滤池。因此生物滴滤塔较生物滤池更有效。

        生物滤床是一种新型生态臭气处理技术,其运行费用高于生物滤池、生物滴滤塔,但具有美观、管理方便、运行稳定、处理效果好等优点,也是城市污水处理厂对恶臭气体进行控制的优选方案。其局限性有占地面积较大,寒冷地区易受冰冻影响等。同时国内对这项技术的研究与应用尚处于起步阶段,有待进一步探索和完善。

        比较三种生物处理工艺,不难发现生物滴滤塔具有一定的优越性,此法用于城市污水处理厂除臭具有广泛的应用前景。






(3)植物提取液除臭与活性氧除臭运行费用适中,且都具有占地面积小、无二次污染及检修率低等优点,是较为经济的除臭方法。






(4)活性炭吸附初期投资小,但由于活性炭吸附容量是有限的,超过这一容量就必须更换活性炭,而活性炭价格昂贵,因此运行费用很高。该法常用于低浓度臭气物质的去除和臭气的后处理过程。






(5)化学除臭运行费用相对较高,且设备投资很高。化学除臭法还会产生二次污染,其适用于处理高浓度的酸碱废气。
