       城市污水处理工程中的臭气主要来源于污泥和污水处理构筑物,而生物除臭法是近些年来发展起来的除臭技术。而现在使用较多的就是生物滤池除臭设备了。其实生物滤池的核心就是它的填料了。那么生物滤池的填料怎么选择呢?

生物滤池

       一、生物除臭法

       生物脱臭主要是利用微生物的新陈代谢作用,将臭气成分氧化分解而实现脱臭的目的。

       二、生物滤池的填料选择

       常用的填料有:干树皮、干草、纤维性泥炭或其混合物。通常选用实木填料加上有机堆肥,并要具有好的孔隙率,阻力小,实木材质耐腐蚀性强,有机肥料提供微生物生长所需营养。

       三、滤池段控制要点

       1、有预洗和增湿系统,为了防止过滤池被堵塞,空气进入以前要进行水洗以提高湿度,并去除灰尘和分离油分。

       2、有足够的停留时间以保证微生物对废气的降解。

       滤池填料的选择,是处理效果的关键,目前主流的生物滤池填料还是原生态的生物填料为主。池体大小,决定填料的使用量、过滤风速、占地面积等影响处理效果的关键因素。
