根据废气浓度值和相关废气处理技术和排放标准,除臭设备系统采用二级洗涤+一体化生物除臭箱组合处理技术,具体流程见图1。

各污水处理结构采用玻璃钢密封盖收集废气,通过除臭风扇的作用,首先通过碱洗塔去除大部分酸性废气,同时清洗净化废气。经过二级碱洗后,气体进入一体化生物除臭塔。该装置由预洗段和生物段两部分组成,预洗段内部设置无机填充剂,上部设置淋浴系统,通过泵的循环淋浴实现臭气的净化处理。生物部分填充有机和无机填充物,上部设置淋浴系统,加湿填充物,维持微生物的生长环境,填充物生长各种微生物,洗涤后的废气通过过滤层,通过附着的微生物分解,转化为二氧化碳、水等无害物质。微生物所需的营养由有机填料和气味提供,完成其生长繁殖。综合生物除臭塔处理后,废气浓度达标,通过设置排气筒高空排放。


整个系统的工作原理主要包括以下两个方面:

碱洗法主要是利用NaOH碱性化学物质与硫化氢和其它酸性气体发生反应,以达到除臭的目的。碱性吸收液通常含有1%~25%的氢氧化钠溶液,对去除硫化氢非常有效。其他物质,如甲硫醇、硫化甲基、二硫化甲基、低级脂肪酸等经常在废水处理厂产生异味,可以获得良好的去除效果。洗涤方法对水溶性好的硫化氢和氨有很好的吸收作用,同时通过洗涤还可对废气进行除尘加湿,可减轻后续生物处理负荷。


(2)生物除臭塔是指在滤料(填料)上培养微生物,然后利用其新陈代谢过程降解气味,从而达到除臭的目的。一般有三个阶段:废气污染物质溶于水中;溶于水后被生物膜吸附吸收;臭味物质当作养料被转化成细菌赖以生存的能量及无毒无害的盐类。

在合适的环境条件下,附着在填料上的微生物利用气味中的污染物作为能源,维持生命活动,分解成二氧化碳、二氧化碳和其他无机盐,从而净化气味4-6。其反应总过程如下:恶臭物质+O2→细胞代谢物+CO2+H2O。
