煤化工行业生产的污水主要有油、化学需氧、硫化物、氨等。在污水处理站设计中,一般采用二级缺氧/好氧工艺(A/O)和膜生物反应器处理技术。废水处理运行过程中产生的废气无组织排放,对环境造成危害。为实现污水处理站废气有组织达标排放,对污水处理站内设施进行加罩密封,收集恶臭气体并进行废气处理

工艺流程

用悬吊膜、事故池、混凝气浮器、缺氧池、好氧池、MBR池、污泥池、事故池、初期雨水池、事故池、初期雨水池等,经玻璃钢管道收集后,在引风机抽引下进入生物洗涤塔底部。

经过循环泵加压后,含有除臭菌种的活性污泥液经循环泵加压后分两段进入生物除臭塔,与气体中的尘埃及易溶于水的组分相接触,同时,循环喷淋液及附在塔内填料层上的微生物将有机、无机污染物分解为二氧化碳、水、硫酸等,并将一些元素转化为自身生长所需的营养元素。生物除臭塔处理后的气体进入活性炭过滤箱进一步处理,废气处理后的气体通过烟囱排出。生物除臭塔底部的大部分污泥液经循环泵加压后再循环使用,另一部分通过排水泵送至MBR池,同时通过引水泵将等量的活性污泥液送至生物除臭塔底部。

生物除臭过程在生物除臭塔运行前,填料用好氧活性污泥溶液预挂膜处理1周,保证运行后处理效果好,运行中无需添加营养液等调节溶液。生物膜除臭过程主要分为以下3个阶段:(1)气液扩散阶段。废气中的挥发性有机物质首先进入填料的气液界面,由气相转移到液相。(2)生物吸收阶段。进入液相的恶臭物质被微生物吸收,从水中转移到微生物体内。(3)生物降解阶段。在代谢过程中,进入微生物细胞的有机物被分解、利用,转化为无害化合物。

煤化工废气处理生物除臭塔

煤化工污水处理站采用加盖密封,通过对煤化工污水处理站进行加盖密封,组织的排放标准,减少了臭气和有机尾气对环境的危害。采用生物流量、低浓度、可生物降解的水溶性恶臭气体时,采用生物除臭法是一个很好的选择,可以在同行业推广。
