根据国家标准《恶臭污染排放标准》 (GB1455493)中给出恶臭的定义为:一切刺激嗅觉器官引起人们不愉快及损坏生活环境的气体物质。随着环保要求的严格,国家对污水处理场恶臭气体的治理工作也越来越重视。

生物除臭处理技术前景

从恶臭治理方案看,主要有分散收集后集中处理和就地分散处理两种。分散收集后集中处理是将各构筑物中臭气统一收集送到除臭系统集中处理;就地分散处理是根据各构筑物中恶臭浓度和成分不同,分别采用不同的除臭装置加以处理。从处理技术看,主要有吸附法、吸收法、冷凝法、生物除臭法、直接氧化法、热力氧化法和催化氧化法等。 对于石油、石化行业污水处理场的恶臭气体治理, 目前得到成熟应用且经济可行的仅有催化氧化法和生物除臭法两种。

生物除臭工艺原理

废气生物除臭法是利用微生物的新陈代谢活 动将恶臭物质分解转化为无臭或少臭物质的处理方法。自然界中存在着分解恶臭或经诱导能产生分解酶的微生物,其除臭过程由3个阶段构成:第一阶段,臭气同水接触并溶解到水中,此过程遵循亨利法则;第二阶段,水溶液中的恶臭成分被微生物吸附、吸收,恶臭成分从水中转移至微生物体内;第三阶段,进入微生物细胞的恶臭成分作为营养物质为微生物所分解、利用,从而使污染物得以去除。生物除臭法是一种安全可靠的处理方法, 通过上述3个步骤的处理,臭气处理效率一般可达到95%以上。
