生物除臭的影响因素

湿度、温度和pH

为了给生物滤床中微生物的正常生理活动提供良好的环境,保证系统较高的净化率,必须合理 控制滤床的湿度、温度和pH值。首先,生物滤床的湿度需要根据要求通过控制循环液流量来进行调节,在实际工艺运行中需结合不同的填料、菌种来控制适当质量分数的表面水分,一般情况下 滤床上填料的湿度控制在40%~60%。

填料

填料对生物滤床的长期影响效应可以应用填料的比表面积和孔隙率两个参数来衡量。一般来 说,填料的比表面积越大,则气液传质界面面积越大,同时生物膜表面的液膜厚度也越小,液膜传质阻力也越低,最终生化处理净化效率越高。而当填料的比表面积一定时,孔隙率越大,则气体的流通截面积越大,气体在填料内的实际流速越小,停留时间越长,最后气体的净化效率则越高。但是孔隙率增大也会造成滤床内的有效传质面积减小,传质阻力随之增加,去除率降低。因此在综合考虑填料比表面积的前提下,生物滤床填料的孔隙率应控制在最佳范围。

设备腐蚀处理

由于污水池废气中含有氨、硫化氢、苯系物等 具有腐蚀性的气体,对系统设备中油水分离器滤芯、洗涤塔和一级生物除臭装置的喷头等经常会造成腐蚀,导致设备无法正常使用,使臭气物质净化效果下降
