生物除臭的方法类型

生物滤池法

生物滤池去除恶臭气体是一个气体扩散和生化反应的综合过程,恶臭气体通过湿润、多孔和充满活性微生物的滤层,利用微生物细胞对恶臭物质的吸附、吸收和降解功能,微生物的细胞个体小、表面积大、吸附性强、代谢类型多样的特点,将恶臭物质吸附后分解成CO2H2OH2SO4HNO3等简单无机物。生物滤池法除臭效率高,适合大气量低浓度的废气处理,也是最常用的生物脱臭方法。

在德国,生物滤池用于含四氢呋喃、环己酮、丁酮废气的处理,但目前生物滤池法由于占地面积大,填料需定期更换,脱臭过程不易控制,运行一段时间后容易出现问题,对疏水性和难生物降解物质的处理还存在较大难度。

生物洗涤法

生物洗涤法也成为生物吸收法,生物洗涤池是利用悬浮活性污泥处理恶臭气体的反应系统,主要由吸附和生物降解两个部分组成。首先将废气通入洗涤器,与惰性填料上的微生物菌种以及由生化反应器过来的泥水混合物进行传质吸附、吸收,部分有机物在此被降解,而液相中的大部分有机物进入生化反应器,通过悬浮污泥的代谢作用被降解掉。生物洗涤池主要用于处理易溶的恶臭气体,适用于各种低负荷的恶臭气体,去除效果较好。
