生物脱臭是一个气体扩散和生化反应的综合过程,是应用较广泛的脱臭方法,宜用于低浓度的或中浓度的恶臭气体(浓度在501000mg/m3)。污染物(臭气)细胞物质生物除臭法的具体过程分为三个阶段:

生物除臭法机理

(1) 废气中有毒、有害、恶臭污染物与水接触,溶于水中转化为液相中的分子或离子。这一过程是物理过程,遵循亨利定律。

(2) 溶液中的恶臭成分被微生物吸附、吸收,恶臭成分从水中转移至微生物体内。

(3) 进入微生物细胞中的有机物在各种细胞内酶的催化作用下,被微生物氧化分解转化为H2OCO2等稳定的无机物。生物除臭法符合经济环保要求,它具有传统方法无可比拟的优越性,具有很大的发展潜力和广泛的应用前景。常用于处理恶臭气体的生物反应器工艺种类较多,目前已大范围推广,应用于生产实践。

生物除臭法工艺及其应用

在废气的生物处理中,微生物起主导作用,以悬浮生长系统和附着生长系统两种形式存在。在附着生长系统中,微生物附着在多孔填料表面上,当处理废气通过填料床时被填料吸附、吸收,被微生物降解和利用。在悬浮生长系统中,微生物悬浮于液体中,首先将处理的恶臭气体溶解于液相,再通过扩散进入微生物细胞,被微生物降解和利用。目前,主要的生物除臭方法有生物洗涤池法、生物滤池法和生物滴滤池法等,近年来,国外工业运用中以生物滴滤法占有明显优势。
