生物除臭工艺中填料的特点有哪些?

       在污水臭气处理过程中,生物除臭是被广泛应用的一种除臭工艺,该工艺主要是利用微生物的新陈代谢作用进行除臭,根据形式的不同,有生物除臭滤池形式的,也有生物除臭塔式的。生物除臭工艺除了结构形式不同之外,填料的不同也会导致处理效果有所差异。

       生物除臭工艺中填料的特点

       填料采用炭质填料为主,比例不低于50%,比表面积大于400m2/g,能提供比表面积证明材料,并按一定比例配有陶粒、松树皮或火山岩等。填料应具有调节PH的措施和功能,防止填料酸化,其通透性和结构稳定性良好,具有吸附污染物和利于微生物生长的环境。填料应是不易腐烂的,且有良好的吸附功能,确保微生物的生长。

       在生物滤池启用前,该填料需要用含有专用微生物菌种的溶液进行处理。

       生物填料正常使用寿命大于10年。

       生物填料的外型及布置尽量减少或避免在除臭装置内出现的气体短路,生物填料的体积可提供足够的接触面积及足够的接触时间以完成有效的生物降解。并配有适当的养分和缓冲剂来达到预定的作用,使用期间不需要添加任何营养液。填料具有调节pH值的措施和能力,而无需添加酸碱液。

       填料是不易腐烂的,且能吸水,有利于微生物的生长和挂膜,且具有较大的空隙率和较强的吸附能力。生物填料本身具备耐酸碱和调节酸碱的功能,无需另外添加调节溶液。

       该复合填料具有以下特点:

       1、抗酸性腐蚀,长期使用不会板结,不会自身腐烂。

       2、长期使用情况下都不会产生压缩,故可保证长期运行的条件下生物滤床的压损持稳定。

       3、能有效储存所有微生物生长所需的营养。

       4、不含不透气的成分,没有粘连,因自身不会腐烂,因此不会产生臭味。

       5、由于生物填料的规则外型及均匀布置,故决定了除臭装置内不会出现气体短路,生物填料的体积用量可提供足够的与臭气接触面积及足够的接触时间以完成有效的生物降解。

       6、保持水分性能比较好的时候,因而有利于微生物富集生长。

       7、保持PH值恒定,因而有利于微生物生长和保持活性。

           8、该生物复合填料设计寿命10年以上,且经过长期运行后的整体压损小。
