       污水站除臭是非常有必要的,污水站的污水通常都是工业生产和日常生活所产生的废气,这类废水一般都会携带大量的恶臭物质,不仅气味难闻,还会对人体造成一定影响。所以要对污水站进行污水的臭气处理,现在大部分污水站都使用臭气处理设备进行污水站除臭。下面是有关污水站臭气处理设备的工作原理。

           工作原理

           1、该技术通过特制的激发光源产生不同能量的光量子,利用恶臭物质对该光量子的强烈吸收,在大量携能光量子的轰击下使恶臭物质分子解离和激发。


       2、利用光量子分解空气中的氧分子产生游离氧,即活性氧,因游离氧所携正负电子不平衡所以需与氧分子结合,进而产生臭氧。

       3、臭氧在该光量子的作用下可产生大量的新生态氢、活性氧和羟基氧等活性基团,一部分恶臭物质也能与活性基团反应,转化为CO2和H2O等无害物质,从而达到彻底去除恶臭气体的目的。因其激发光源产生的光量子的平均能量在1eV~7eV,适当控制反应条件可以实现一般情况下难以实现或使速度很慢的化学反应变得十分快速,大大提高了反应器的作用效率。

        4、由收集系统将恶臭气体进入光量子净化装置,在此利用特制激发光源产生的光量子诱发一系列反映后,将恶臭物质分解转化为CO2、H2O等无害成分,该装置已是一种功能较强的绿色环保型空气净化装置。无二次污染,反应后废气排出主要有氮气、氧气、水、二氧化碳等无害气体。

            综上所述,该恶臭物质处理具有以下显著优点:

           1、结构简单,占地面积小,也可直接建于污染源的上方,不另外占用地方。

           2、反应速度快,停留时间极短(仅为几秒),处理效果好,控制反应条件恶臭物质可完全被分解掉。

           3、启动、停止十分快捷,即开即用,不受气温影响,没有生物法复杂的生物驯化和培养过程,操作极为简单,无需派专职人员看守。

           4、反应过程只需用电,不用投加其他辅助药剂和填料,因此节省药剂和填料的采购、运输、储存、管理等一系列繁琐的事务,可大大节省人力和运行费用。
