长期以来,由于资金、认识等方面的限制,我国污水处理厂及其相关设施的建设极少考虑臭气的处理问题。随着公众环保意识的逐步提高以及城市的飞速发展,有关污水处理设施臭气影响市民生活质量和健康的投诉案例屡见报端,并呈现上升的趋势。因此,在收集、运送、处理城市污水的同时,如何有效控制臭气问题已成为当前急需解决的问题之一。

生物除臭滤池的应用现状

这些致臭物质都带有活性基团,容易发生化学反应,特别容易被氧化分解,当活性基团被氧化分解后,恶臭气体也就消失了。生物除臭工艺就是基于这一原理,使收集到的臭气在适宜条件下通过长满微生物的固体载体,气味物质先被填料吸收,然后被负载于填料上的微生物氧化分解,最终达到除臭的目的。

近十几年来,生物除臭滤池技术得到了迅速发展,在德国和荷兰的一些生产性实践中,这一技术成功地处理了大量来自污水厂、公共区域的恶臭气体,去除率可超过90%。低廉的运行成本、低能耗、避免污染物转移等特点使得生物除臭技术较其他处理技术更具优势,近年来得到了广泛的推广应用,并逐步成为除臭技术的主流。一般来讲,一个完整的生物除臭滤池工程包括臭气密封系统、臭气收集系统、臭气处理系统和自控系统几个部分。
