生物除臭的相关除臭方法

水清洗与化学除臭法

水清洗属于借助臭气当中存在的一些能溶于水特性的物质,让臭气当中的氨气、硫化氢、等气体与水进行充分接触然后溶解,来达到脱臭的目标。化学除臭方法主要是借助臭气当中某些物质和气体能够和药液产生化学反应然后进行除臭。对于酸性及一些易氧化的恶臭气体,主要是利用呈碱性的次氯酸钠和氢氧化钠混合溶液进行除臭;对于大多碱性恶臭,则利用稀硫酸溶液除去。化学除臭方法需要配备较多的附属设备,也要准备较多的试剂。因此,在采用水清洗和化学除臭方法时,运行管理的系统内容比较复杂,同时除臭运营的成本也比较高,如若在除臭过程当中与药液反应不完全,很难将臭气除掉,但是在实际操作当中具有较强的便捷性,因此水清洗和化学除臭法普遍被一些化工厂所使用。

活性炭吸附法

该种臭气处理方式主要是借助活性炭吸附具有挥发性的异物来达到除臭的目标。在实践当中使用活性炭吸附法,能够有效地将污水当中的臭气进行去除。通常会采用不同性质的活性炭,例如在吸附塔当中设置吸附酸性物质的活性炭,或者吸附碱性物质的活性炭,同时采用中性活性炭也能够对一些中性物质进行吸附。在污水除臭当中,恶臭气体和各种活性炭接触之后。尾气被排出吸附塔,使得臭气被去除。该种恶臭气体除去的方式与化学除臭法相比除臭的效率比较高;但由于活性炭在吸附到一定程度之后会达到饱和的状态,因此需要频繁更换活性炭,这将使得该种处理技术的成本相对较高。通常在对一些低浓度臭气进行除臭时采用活性炭吸附法,或者是和其他除臭法进行综合运用。
