废水处理厂产生的臭气污染物严重影响着周围环境,也影响着人们的生活。在石油化工生产废水中,芳香烃类物质在恶臭污染物中的含量较高。近几年来,由于石油化工废水的臭味污染问题日益突出,其治理过程中产生的臭气污染问题日益引起社会的重视。随着污水废气处理技术的不断优化,相应的生物除臭设备与技术也越来越受到关注。

 

其原理就是借助生物填料,在合适的环境下培养有用的、能够分解恶臭气体成分的微生物,从而去除污水中的臭气。目前生物除臭设备由于其强大的除臭功能,已广泛应用于各个污水处理领域。

 生物除臭设备

生物除臭设备的核心是生物填料,其主要特点是培养大量的臭气处理微生物。当气体穿过填料层时,会被附着在填料表面的特殊微生物吸附降解,并经排泄管有组织地排入大气。恶臭气体来源经密封、输送至处理系统后,经过预处理,形成合适的生物分解环境,然后进入生物填埋层,由微生物分解消化。

 

一般是借助于纯碳填充物,满足处理工艺条件,并能最大限度地发挥作用,让目标污染物得到有效分解和去除,从而达到除臭的目的。生物性脱臭应用范围很广,如工厂生产和环境修复。对污水中的恶臭气体采用生物除臭方法处理,杜绝了二次污染的情况,同时微生物具有较强的针对性,与填料接触面积一般较大,对污水恶臭气体吸附效果较好。而且,采用生物除臭工艺操作成本较低,去除污水中恶臭气体的效率较高,可实现操作与管理自动化。

 

化工企业在处理废水时,如果不能对废水中的臭气进行合理的处理,就会造成废气或污水中含有臭气成分。这不但污染了环境,而且严重地影响了人们的健康。
